A recent, welcome addition to HUNT, Layton brings a wealth of experience to the Insurance team. He entered the property/casualty insurance field in 1996 after having worked in the newspaper and restaurant industries, and has been in the role of Independent Agent, brokering diverse lines of business for placement in a wide array of companies, for 24 years.
Layton’s favorite aspect of joining HUNT is working for a sound, family-owned business with an excellent reputation that provides spectacular opportunity for growth. He also enjoys working alongside a great team of industry professionals whose main goal is taking care of clients.
The scoop on Layton: After high school graduation, Layton lived in Florida for 11 years, and upon returning to Western New York and starting his career in the insurance industry, attended Bryant and Stratton. Besides the busy pace of managing Personal Lines Insurance Accounts, Layton has four teenagers, a dog, a rabbit, and cat that keep his days enormously active. (Well, not so much with the cat.)
