Paula Venné joined Walsh Duffield in April, 2021 after 10 years with a major local carrier as a Benefit Consultant for both Medicare and the New York State Marketplace. Paula is AHIP certified and passionate about helping clients navigate Medicare’s often complicated waters whether they are becoming newly eligible for Medicare benefits or deciding to retire. She feels strongly that also being able to offer enrollment assistance on the New York State of Health brings value to her clients at every stage of life. Paula prides herself in communicating the complex in an understandable way so her clients are empowered to make the best plan decisions for their needs.
Before entering the insurance field Paula spent 15 years in tv and radio broadcasting and has been singing professionally for over 25 years. You can still hear her voice on commercials and jingles like, “Do the Kenny, Kenny Carpets!” Paula is a lifelong Niagara County resident and the proud mom of 2 – Hayden and Greta. She is a passionate Buffalo Bills and Sabres fan and owns an impressive collection of bacon-themed doodads. She is a Board member of the Network in Aging of Western New York and is Co-Chair of the Communications Committee.
